Bookings
All bookings should be made by contacting Geraldine Bowles our Hall Administrator. You can email Geraldine by clicking here or call her on either 01425 472499 or 07847 430815 - both numbers allow you to leave a message. Alternatively you can download our booking form, fill it in and send with your cheque to Geraldine.
If you would like to see if a date is available for your booking you can view our bookings diary just select your preferred meeting room and check the calendar. Please note the online calendar is not updated daily so it is essential to contact Geraldine who will confirm that the date is still available.
If you wish to make a private (one-off) booking please ensure you read our terms and conditions. We have a very fast fibre optic cable broadband connection to the hall which hirers can use (eg for live video conferencing, Skypeing or internect connection). Hirers can use this facility for an additional charge - please look at our Computing page and remember talk to Geraldine about this when you make your booking.
