We have three different rooms available for hire; the main hall, the annexe and the committee rooms. Just click meeting rooms and you will find the details for each room along with the appropriate hire rates. Once you've decided which room will suit your event, check the availability from bookings. Please note that the bookings diary constantly changes so it is essential to contact Clementine. our Hall Administrator by phone on 01425 472499 or 07340 099036 (both lines have answering machines). Alternatively you can use the contact page or send an email direct to Clementine.
Please note you cannot currently make your own booking online using the links to our Hallmaster booking system. So to make a booking please download the Booking Form here, complete it and return to Clementine, by post, email or directly to our postbox at the village hall.
Before submitting your booking form please ensure that you download and read our Terms and Conditions of Hire here as you will be required to acknowledge your acceptance of them before your booking can be confirmed back to you.

All rooms are available from 7am until 11pm. For special events and a small additional charge this can be extended to 12am
